TRAIDE 2014 EXHIBITION
In 2014, a group of Bishop’s Stortford College Sixth Form students are going to Malawi to renovate a primary school and, as part of the expedition, fundraising projects for the charity, Inspire Malawi, are being launched.
One of the projects is an event for the business community called 'Traide', as organiser Jack Whitehead explains: “The TRAIDE Business Exhibition aims to bring together the best of local business and to encourage a ‘Buy Local, Sell Local’ mindset.”
TRAIDE 2014 will be held on the 19th February 2014 at Bishop’s Stortford College.
Over 150 businesses have been invited to attend and 1000 business visitors are anticipated, looking to source and supply locally. A networking event with canapés and inspirational business speakers will take place in the evening and will include talks by Monitise CEO and former Entrepreneur of the Year, Alistair Lukies, business author, mentor and expert, Steve Clarke, and Observer editor Paul Winspear.
Trade is brisk from local businesses for the 85 stands available.
