We take seriously the development of skills that our young men and women will need in their professional lives. With exams over, the Lower Sixth embarked on the College Leadership Course in preparation for taking on greater responsibility in the Houses, the College and the world beyond school. An intensive, two-day event, the programme covers communication and management skills, practical exercises, role-playing, decision-making and problem solving, with plenty of fun along the way.
