Three College Junior School pupils were presented with an assortment of French goodies on Monday by the chairman of the Bishop's Stortford Town Twinning Association, Graham Savage, following their success in a new art competition organised by the association. The competition was open to all schools in Bishop's Stortford and twin town, Villiers-Sur-Marne

Eleven year old Lottie Franklin from Clavering in Essex was awarded first prize for her water colour scene of a family travelling by coach and horses. Emily
Noakes, aged twelve from Meesden near Buntingford, won second prize with a technical drawing of an airport and Bethan Howe, also twelve, from Hunsdon came third with a dramatic pastel picture of a space ship taking off.
