For the first time the College entered two teams in the U13 Girls’ Hertfordshire Hockey Championships and both qualified for the semi finals which were held at Queenswood School on Thursday 22nd February. Unfortunately the College teams had to play each other, which made it very difficult for the players and the coach! The A team won 3-0 but the B team made them work very hard for that victory. Charlotte Firmin was outstanding in goal for the B’s. 

The College squad faced old rivals Queenswood in the final and clinched the game with two great goals within minutes of each other just before half time. The College now go through to the East round of the competition which will be held on Sunday 18th March at Redbridge Sports Centre.
